Mario Spinola joined Principia Capital Partners in December 2017. Previously, Mr. Spinola was a founding partner of Victoria Capital Partners and DLJ South American Partners, based in the São Paulo office. In 1996, Mr. Spinola joined Banco Garantia after working in private equity and mergers & acquisitions with International Venture Partners and Capitaltec Consultoria Econômica for four years. During his 10-year tenure with Banco Garantia and Credit Suisse, Mr. Spinola was responsible for the execution and monitoring of private equity investments in TAM Linhas Aéreas, América Latina Logística and NET Serviços. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Spinola currently serves on the board of directors of Cellera Farma and previously served on the board of directors of Damásio Educacional, Grupo Technos, América Latina Logística, Brazil Trade Shows and TAM Linhas Aéreas.

During hers 7-year tenure with H.I.G., Mrs. Squadri was responsible for the execution and monitoring of private equity investments Halex Istar Indústria Farmacêutica, Bigsal Nutrição Animal and Mr Cat. She graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro with an extension from the University of Sydney. Mrs. Squadri currently serves on the board of directors of Cellera Farma and previously served on the board of directors in various industries such as education, digital marketing, healthcare, animal nutrition and retail. Prior to joining H.I.G., Mrs. Squadri worked for Grupo Icatu, in the illiquid strategies group.
